Information for Poster Session Presenters
Venue
The poster presentations will be held in the Pleiades/Orion Room, immediately adjacent to the main conference auditorium (Sirius Room) and the conference exhbition area (Indian Ocean Suite).
The layout can be viewed on the Exhibition floor plan.
The posterboard numbers on the floorplan correspond to the poster session numbers shown on the Tuesday poster session web page and on the Thursday poster session web page.
Poster can be affixed with only pins or Velcro. No double sided tape or blue tac.

Note: the bottom edge of the poster boards is 600 mm above the floor, so the entire display area can be used effectively.
