Welcome Reception
The Welcome Reception will be held on Tuesday 15th April at the Esplanade Hotel's beautiful resort pool, set in outdoor tropical surrounds.
The resort pool is just around the corner from the Tuesday poster session venue, and the welcome function will commence at 19:00, following the close of the poster session.
Finger food and drinks will be served so you will be able to wander around freely and mingle with the other guests.
Typically, the evenings in April are mild and very pleasant - just right for enjoying the tranquil atmosphere of this beautiful venue, for catching up with old friends and colleagues and for meeting a few new ones.
