Sponsorship Opportunities
The following represents a suite of sponsorship opportunities for exhibitors and institutional sponsors of the event. All sponsors will be listed (with logo) in the conference proceedings and on the conference website (with logo and link). Sponsors have the right to provide up to 6 pages for insertion in the conference satchel. They will receive an electronic copy of delegate details at the conclusion of the event.
All costs are in Australian dollars and include 10% Goods and Services Tax.Conference Major Sponsors ($10,000) – two available
This principal sponsorship opportunity will suit institutions and large supporting organisations. It will guarantee the sponsor prominence in all aspects of the conference including signage, webpage, and conference CD-ROM proceedings. Welcome Reception Sponsor ($5,000)
The Welcome Reception will be held in the Esplanade Hotel, and as the opening function of the conference represents an excellent opportunity to promote to all conference delegates. The Sponsor will be acknowledged specifically during the Welcome Address, with the right of reply. The Sponsor has the right to provide a banner and promotional material at the entry to the reception. The Sponsor has the right to one full-page black and white advertisement in the CD-ROM conference proceedings.Conference Dinner Sponsor ($7,500)
The conference dinner will be held on the Tuesday evening and will be the highpoint in the social program of the conference. The Sponsor will be acknowledged specifically during the Dinner speeches, with the right of reply. The Sponsor will have the right to provide a banner. The Sponsor has the right to one full-page black-and-white advertisement in the CD-ROM conference proceedings.Invited Speaker Sponsor ($4,000)
A feature of OFS is the outstanding quality of its invited speakers. There is an opportunity to assist the conference in keeping with this tradition by providing support for the invited speakers program. In order to maintain the integrity of the conference programme, it is not possible to directly nominate a speaker. Sponsors will be acknowledged by the Session Chair. The Sponsor has the right to one full-page black and white advertisement in the CD-ROM conference proceedings.Morning/Afternoon Tea Sponsors ($1,000 per session or $5,000 for all six sessions)
Morning and afternoon tea form an integral part of the rhythm and flow of a conference and garner maximum attendance. Morning and afternoon tea sponsors have the right to provide a banner and to display promotional material at morning/afternoon tea. The Sponsor will be announced at the close of the preceding session.Poster Session Sponsors ($1,500 per session – two sessions)
The poster sessions are a highlight for interaction between delegates and generate a buzz of excitement. The poster sessions are planned to be particularly innovative at OFS-19. Poster session sponsors will have the right to provide a banner and to display promotional material at the poster session. The Sponsor will be announced at the close of the preceding session. Refreshments will be provided courtesy of the sponsor.Satchel Sponsor ($3,500)
Your logo on the front of the satchel serves as a lasting reminder to delegates of your generous support of the conference.Stationary Sponsor ($500)
The sponsor will provide note pads and pens for inclusion in the conference satchel.Insert Sponsor ($750)

Payment:
All costs are in Australian dollars and include 10% Goods and Services Tax.
Full payment must be received within 21 days of receipt of invoice. If not, the organisers reserve the right to reallocate the sponsorship opportunity.
Cancellations:
For cancellations made prior to 31 January 2008 (notified to the conference secretariat in writing) a refund of fees paid less AU$500 will be made. After this date, refunds will not be possible.
